Synthesis Partnership was formed to meet the analysis, planning, and implementation needs of educational, cultural, health care, and social service organizations. We guide organizations through comprehensive, integrated processes combining organizational development, strategic planning, institutional identity development, business planning, and strategic evaluation of programs and facilities. We emphasize clear communication of visual, verbal, and financial ideas and information. We examine not only stated issues, but underlying ones, such as program and revenue enhancement, constituency engagement, and effectiveness of work teams. We make sure our clients are doing the right project(s) to further their mission with efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence.

The work we do is based on careful listening. By building consensus while gathering information and wisdom from staff, board and other stakeholders, we can shape an inclusive participatory process that produces benefits in morale, enthusiasm, and smooth-running implementation.

Synthesis Partnership provides a broad range of integrated services linking organizational, programmatic, business and facilities considerations to institutional strategic objectives. Our work is focused and goal oriented, but also exploratory in nature. We begin by searching for the right questions before presuming to consider possible answers.
